Hoekstra has a strong market position in installing and maintaining solar collectors and wind turbines in the Northern part of the Netherlands and Ireland. The knowhow they have in wind, solar and other renewables is an added value for Groupe Gorgé as they are mostly active in fossil fuel industry (oil & gas) and nuclear business. We also see complementary synergy with Van Dam B.V. in sales crossing, as Van Dam has contacts in the Offshore Wind market.
