DuPont Awards Contract to Van Dam BV for Spin Cell Module
Van Dam is proud to announce it has been awarded a multi-million euro contract for the supply of a Spin Cell Assembly for DuPont de Nemours in Luxemburg. The DuPont Spin Cell Module is part of a new production facility where DuPont will produce Tyvek® material.
Over the last year Van Dam has been in extensive project discussions with DuPont and KBR for the supply of all materials required for the Spin Cell Module. The project is being managed from the Van Dam headquarters in the Netherlands and the full scope of supply consist of:
- Supply of all prefabricated floor, wall and roof panels (full enclosure) (approx.. 350.000 kg)
- Supply of all windows and doors
- Supply of al floor heating panels
- In-House (factory) leak testing
- Packaging and transportation
Van Dam is proud to work with KBR and DuPont on this prestigious project and work on the project is already started and expected duration is 1,5 years. With this new project award, Van Dam proves its strategy to diversify into new markets and industries has been a successful and more projects are expected in the future.
